The special commission on early childhood education in Quebec, spearheaded by the Association Québécoise des centres de la petite enfance (AQCPE), is now touring the provinces after receiving presentations from 20 experts. The commission will visit 14 cities to hear from citizens, parents, and community organizations about the child care situation in Quebec, particularly since the massive cuts to the program made by the Couillard government.
